We stand behind our gear. If something’s not right, we’ll sort it.

Returns

You’ve got 30 days from the day your tee arrives to request a return.

To be eligible, the item needs to be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • In the same condition it arrived

  • With tags still on

  • In the original packaging

  • With proof of purchase

To kick things off, just email us at info@creartwear.com.
Please don’t send anything back before checking in with us first — returns sent without approval won’t be accepted.

Once approved, we’ll let you know exactly where to send it and how to return it.


Damaged, Faulty, or Wrong Item

Mistakes happen — if we mess up, we own it.

Check your order when it arrives. If your tee is:

  • Damaged

  • Faulty

  • Not finished as intended

  • Or not what you ordered

Email info@creartwear.com within 48 hours, with a couple of clear photos, and we’ll make it right.


What Can’t Be Returned

Some items aren’t eligible for returns:

  • Sale or discounted items

  • Gift cards

If you’re unsure about a specific item, just reach out — we’re happy to help.


Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges.

If you need a different size or design, the quickest way is:

  1. Request a return (if eligible)

  2. Place a new order once your return is approved


EU Customers – 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you can cancel or return it within 14 days of delivery, no questions asked.

The item must be:

  • Unworn and unused

  • With tags attached

  • In original packaging

  • With proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved.

If approved:

  • Refunds go back to your original payment method

  • Processing can take up to 15 business days

  • Banks may take a little longer to show the funds

If it’s been more than 20 business days since approval, email us at info@creartwear.com and we’ll look into it.
